The Australian Investment Centre (AIC) was established to assist property investors with selecting properties to purchase in Sydney and NSW. AIC specifically targets regional, interstate and overseas investors. AIC is aware that often these investors cannot travel to Sydney or other regional NSW centres and that they do not have a good knowledge of the Sydney/NSW property market. AIC fills in this void and assists these investors by selecting property that demonstrates good potential to realise a profit.
AIC is based in Bondi Junction, Sydney which is located in the Eastern Suburbs, approximately four kilometres from the CBD. This strategic location allows members of AIC easy and rapid access to properties within 10 km of the CBD and also good access to builders and renovators. AIC is led by the Director, Steven Galjaardt, BProf Stud, DESS, who is registered as a real estate agent, Licensee for Buyers Agency and has a Diploma in Financial Planning. He also has more than 10 years experience in property investment.
